Black Forest Cake

It starts with a black baking pan. You make a black sesame crust by spreading melted semisoft cheese over black sesame seeds. You even use chocolate chips. Let them cool, then mix the remaining ingredients, and bake away. To get the sesame crust out, slide the top crust off onto a clean pizza peel and rip it away from the sides and bottom. It’s supposed to be dark. Like a black forest cake, black on black.
