Pina Colada Cupcakes

A cute candy rainbow topper. Made using several colors of Candy Melts candy, these little candy rainbows turn your treat into something fun to eat! Serve for St. Patrick’s Day or a spring bridal or baby shower.

Pina Colada is a sweet cocktail, cream of coconut or coconut milk, and pineapple juice usually served either blended or shaken with ice. It may be garnished with either a pineapple wedge, maraschino cherry, or both. There are two versions of the drink, both originating in Puerto Rico.
